Calculations and preferences

Calculations run on your device and sign-in is optional. Without signing in, saved scenarios remain local. If you sign in with Google or email, Firebase Authentication processes your identity and maintains your session. Newly saved scenarios are copied to your private account library in Cloud Firestore, including names, inputs, results and scenario notes; you choose which older local copies to upload. This data is used to store and recover your scenarios and is not sent as analytics or advertising events. Language, currency and theme remain local.

Reminders and notifications

You choose which reminder categories to enable and authorize notifications on your device. Preferences, times and record references used for reminders remain local. We do not include names, contacts, amounts, notes or calculation content in notifications or use them for server campaign targeting. Displayed messages are generic. You can change times, delete schedules and disable categories in Settings without deleting calculations or business records. Reminders do not send payment requests to other people. Delivery depends on the operating system and may be delayed or suppressed.

Product metrics

Firebase/Google Analytics measures screens and actions such as opening a tool, calculating, saving and reopening. Collection starts blocked and is enabled only after regional requirements and applicable choices have been resolved. Where consent is required, the analytics purpose must be allowed. Where it is not required, collection may start after that status is confirmed, subject to applicable refusals. Missing or unknown signals and failed verification keep collection blocked. Custom events exclude financial amounts, rates, terms, names and results. The SDK may also process technical installation identifiers, IP address, device, operating system and app information, automatic events and approximate location derived from the connection. This is not a promise of complete anonymity. On Android and iOS, Firebase Analytics may use the advertising identifier for measurement when the regional UMP/CMP decision and device choices permit it. This use remains blocked without a valid decision, after an applicable refusal or when the device identifier is deleted or limited. We do not send the ID as a custom event parameter. On Android and iOS, Firebase Analytics usage data may become eligible for advertising and personalization when the regional UMP/CMP decision and device choices allow those purposes. Without a valid decision or after an applicable refusal, that use remains blocked. AdMob ads follow their own applicable choices. On iOS, IDFA access and advertising use of data also require Apple tracking authorization (ATT), in every country. We request it only when regional privacy choices permit that use. Denied or restricted ATT keeps those purposes blocked without disabling product metrics. IDFV is not used as a substitute tracking identifier.

Advertising and consent

Google AdMob may process IP address, technical device information, available advertising and app identifiers, diagnostic and performance information, ad interactions and information needed to display and measure ads and prevent fraud. Google User Messaging Platform (UMP), its consent management solution, determines whether a privacy message is required in your region. Ad requests depend on eligibility confirmed by this solution. The SDKs use purpose-specific choices to determine which ads are allowed; permission to request ads does not imply consent to personalization. Rejecting personalization may result in non-personalized or limited ads, or no ads. On iOS, ATT authorization together with applicable regional choices and an available identifier is required to enable IDFA and personalization. Without that permission, this app requests non-personalized ads without IDFA.

Reviewing your choices

In app Settings, Advertising and personalization provides Review advertising and personalization when UMP requires and provides privacy options. This opens the official form to change or withdraw your choices, including applicable regional options. Reopening these options removes the previous ad and reevaluates subsequent requests. Where no form applies, Settings explains this. Regional purpose-level choices can change permission for product metrics. Permission to request advertising is not treated as automatic permission for analytics. You can also manage your advertising identifier in system settings. On iOS, Review iOS permission opens the app’s system Settings to change Apple authorization. On return, the app checks permission again; denial does not trigger repeated automatic requests.

Purposes

We use technical data and usage events to understand and improve the calculators. AdMob uses data for advertising and measurement according to applicable choices and requirements. We do not sell your simulation amounts or results. The app does not request GPS, contacts, identity documents or bank-account details. Calculations and local storage do not depend on ads or analytics being available.

External services and transfers

Google/Firebase and Google AdMob process technical data under their terms and privacy policies. Data may be processed outside your country, subject to the applicable measures and conditions of these services. Advertising partners and relevant purposes are disclosed in the consent message where required. Please also review the linked Google policies and SDK information.

Retention and deletion

Local calculations remain until you delete them, clear app data or uninstall, subject to system behavior. Calculation files are excluded from app-configured backup on Android/iOS; preferences and SDK data may follow different system rules. Events and technical data received by Google services follow their retention settings and policies. Deleting a calculation or changing advertising choices does not automatically delete technical data already received. Data is retained only as needed for the stated purposes and applicable obligations. Contact us for access or deletion requests; handling depends on identifying the data and applicable legal and technical limitations.

Your rights and contact

Depending on applicable law, you may request information, access, correction, deletion and explanations about data processing, and withdraw consent where that is the applicable basis. Send requests to contact@guntocollective.xyz. Do not send passwords, identity documents or financial simulation details in your initial message. If you contact the team, we use request information only to respond and handle it.

Audience and updates

The app provides general-purpose financial tools and is not directed at children. Changes to data usage or integrated services will be reflected in this policy and any required notices. The date above identifies the published version.

This page is hosted on Firebase Hosting. We do not install analytics, ads, marketing cookies or tracking scripts on this page. Hosting may process technical connection information needed to deliver and protect the website.

Ad mediation

AdMob may mediate ads from Google, Unity Ads, Meta Audience Network and Liftoff Monetize. Depending on format, availability and your privacy choices, partner SDKs may process device identifiers, IP address, technical information and ad interactions to deliver, measure and protect advertising. Availability varies by network and format. Calculation amounts, names and results are not sent for ad targeting.

No ads purchase and optional reward

We offer a one-time purchase to remove ads and an optional rewarded ad for a 30-minute ad-free pause. To process, validate and restore purchases, the store and RevenueCat receive technical app information, an anonymous customer identifier and transaction details such as product, dates and payment status. We do not receive your card number. Purchase status may change after cancellations or refunds. The rewarded pause expiry is stored on your device. Removing ads does not change your metrics preferences or saved calculations.

Account and cloud copies

In Settings → Account and scenarios, you can restore a copy to this device, delete account scenarios, or delete your account and cloud data after confirming your identity again. Deleting a local scenario does not delete the account copy; signing out does not remove local copies, including restored copies. The library queue and cache are separated by account. Offline changes are only confirmed as synced after the server responds. A technical marker without email or calculations may remain after account deletion to prevent uploads from other devices. Cloud copies remain until deleted; live sessions, automatic history, projects, templates and preferences are outside this scenario library. Deletion requests can also be sent to the contact below.

Accounts, documents and sharing

Accounts receivable and payable, people and businesses, entered contacts, quotes, orders, payment records, notes, logos and generated files are stored on your device. You can share messages and files using an app you choose; your selected recipient and service receive that content. We do not send collection messages automatically. Account backup is optional and manual: when you request a copy, the selected ledger content, including contacts, documents and files, is sent to your private Cloud Firestore account library. This content is not included in custom analytics or advertising events. Downloaded or shared copies are controlled by their recipients.
